I'm having the same problem with them answering their phone's to get my prescription. I keep getting the answering service. They called back once, the pharmacy says that they haven't heard from them. I'm still waiting for my medication.

My rating is a result of lengthy waiting time for appointments and lack of staff work ethic. My mother is 88 and waits in the Doctor's office 2-4 hours. On one ocasion she waited close to 4 hours to be monitored by a particular machine that they didn't have? Another time she waited 2 hours before she was told the doctor wasn't going to be in?? Lastly, on a recent visit a prescription was allegedly called in for her medication that was never submitted to the Pharmacy. Since the Doctor's office was now closed she had to wait for the next day. I called first thing in the morning to the Doctor's office where I come to find out I the prescription was never submitted to the pharmacy. The women on the phone advise she would forward the prescription. After 2 1/2 hours I'm at the Pharmacy and found out the prescription wasn't sent again?? I placed another call to the Doctor's office where the prescription was finally sent to the Pharmacy. These are only a few of the cases and is not a isolated incident. When there a sick 88 year old women the staff need to be vigilant due to the severity consequences of untimely treatment of the elderly. Although my mother is happy with the Doctor I was compelled to write this so hopefully the necessary corrections can be addressed.

The fastest I've ever been seen in a doctors office the fastest I've ever been seen after being in exam room. The nurse who I saw me originally was very very thorough in the questioning about my history. Doctor Zadeh took the time to talk to me and the order labs and explained why.

Terrible, terrible at answering phone calls. I need a medical test done that is time sensitive and I called the office 8 times where three times they hung up on me. I know the medical office is busy but what terrible patient services you have. I love my medical professional I see but with the day or phone calls I have had to make, I am considering changing my provider.

Very nice bright office compared to the ugly one across the street... NP Jessica Ruiz is excellent!! She and the nurse Staff make it all worth it!! Staff is polite but there are times waiting is long...
