I have found this office runs like a finely tuned clock. The staff is efficient and polite. I've seen my doctor at my exact appointment time with little to no waiting, which is so out of the norm from my experiences with doctors. Dr. Kotak did not rush and answered all of my questions, and I feel he is very thorough. I am very satisfied with the care I have received at Zavaro Cardiovascular Institute.

The front desk staff has been friendlier than they were a year ago. Maybe the reviews changed things? Dr. Hourani has always been really great--I've been seeing him for about three years. He explains everything, and he actually listens to me.

This man has saved my life twice now in the 16 years I've been with him . He is the most thorough cardiologist ever . He dosent miss a thong and stays on top of all issues . I think he is probably the best cardiologist in San Diego County .

The staff, other than Amilia and the Office Manager, are great people to work with. But the manager is bowled over by Amielia. when something happens it's Amielia who gets listened to. Not the other person involved. I was accused and then no one else talked to me about it. Totally wrong way to handle the situation.
