Rayan Hourani, MD - San Diego Cardiac Center Medical Group, El Cajon

I'm done. Numerous re-schedules. Incompetent office staff. Last minute cancellations. Phone not answered by English speakers. Appointments cancelled days before scheduled appointments due to "no referral." This office was just too lazy to wait for the referral to appear and repeatedly cancelled instead of waiting. I was marked as a no-show because "computer down" after waiting 1.5 hours. The women that work here are incompetent. Dr. Hourani saved my life. It's too bad he has these people administrating his patients. Ask one question, get two answers here. Calls do not go to the clinic's front desk. Awful service.

Dr. Hourani is an excellent Cardiologist. Also, importantly, his office staff, Ann and Sarah, made me feel comfortable with very process and they helped me manage my anxiety throughout my office visits. I really appreciate the team care I receive at this clinic.

Doctor Hourani is one of the most passionate, and knowledgeable physicians, he is respectful, considerate and a caring physician, all his staff are respectful, and assists you in a timely matter.

Dr. Hourani possesses all of the qualities our family hoped for in a cardiologist. He is honest, knowledgeable, empathetic and one of the best in his field. We had confidence in his ability, trusted his judgement and appreciated the time he took to be present checking in with my father(the patient), as well as the family throughout the process.
