I wanted to complete my phlebotomy externship at this clinic and had been going back and forth to their office for about a month. They kept assuring me that I would start soon and even guaranteed that I would begin on Friday. Friday finally came, I went to the clinic, and the phlebotomist told me, "Oh, the doctor said we don't do externships." I couldn't believe it -- after all the waiting and all the times I came in and heard excuses like "the doctor isn't here," "the phlebotomist isn't available," or "it's too busy today." I even had to skip my college lectures several times just to meet with them and follow up, thinking it would finally work out. In the end, they completely wasted my time and gave me false hope. Worst clinic ever -- completely unprofessional and unreliable. And worst experience of my entire life.

If you have any business with USCIS, avoid this office like the plague. My wife had all her services done oversees and needed to get a doctor to check off on it. Doctor is a know it all. USCIS policies change all the time. We had a statement from USCIS explaining what the doctor needed to do in detail, yet the doctor took his own route. Took his time and took 2 weeks to tell us he cannot help us. $250 down the drain. Worst ever service. We felt discriminated. Doctor took $250 to perform nothing. This doctor has been through complaints with the state board of California. Look it up. Avoid this office, you have been warned.

This is the worst care I have ever received not from the doctor but from the staff . I have never been treated this way from any other health care office. On several occasions I have left voice messages to have prescription refilled or called to make an appointment. It's like crickets ypu are lucky to ever speak to a person ,they never call back to address your concerns. Making an appointment is next to impossible. You could be dying and you probably never get to see a doctor

This is the worst clinic ever! They made me go back and forth multiple times just to make it hard on me to do the blood work at them clinic so they charge me extra $170.. if you have medi-cal you can get it for free! But they won't do it for you and ask you to go to your primary dr to complicate things

I have been with Dr. Almansour more than 13 years, he is the best doctor who has knowledge, experience and Constantly showing empathy towards his patents. Before that he was my uncle's family doctor for more than twenty years. I have trust him to treat me and my family because he constantly goes above and beyond to give us a valuable and informed experience.
