Mohammed Alshammary, MD - Health Ave Clinic

To be clear this is NOT a review for Dr. Mohammed , I didn't even get to see him. The front desk stuff is just terrible, not friendly or professional. I try calling the clinic for 5 days deferent times there was no answer, the only one time they answered me I was put in hold for over 15 minutes. I had to drive there just to schedule an appointment and the nearest I was given is 2/3/2026 three months from now. If you can't accommodate patients why getting more!

Horrible customer service very horrible. I have been waiting to get the approval from the doctor for a blood work for my mom for a week. I called about three times. I went to the To the office and they said the doctor wasn't there it is crazy all I'm asking is an Order to go get some blood work done

Honestly, my experience at this clinic was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I noticed the high level of organization and the respectful attitude of the reception staff. They are truly professional and speak several languages fluently, including Arabic, Chaldean, and English. I felt completely comfortable and confident, especially with Dr. Mohammed Al-Shammari, whose expertise and calm demeanor truly ease a patient's stress and fatigue. Without exaggeration, I gave them five stars -- and if I could give more, I absolutely would.
