Riverside Medical Clinic - Eastvale

I always wonder about a positive review especially after a couple of bad reviews. In my case, I have been fortunate with good treatment from the frontdesk and Drs. As for my Dr Lanot and my Dr Choudhary (endocrinologist) They have been thorough with me and professional. I am relatively a new patient as I have been with them for about 3 months. I love the fact if I need blood work or xrays, they are on site. Saved me a lot of time. I did have a glitch with my blood work and an xray where I had to go back and have them redone. Not a big issue. They have a great phone app that is easy to use where I can see all medical info in one place. They are now using AI to capture your visit info to generate your medical info with the dr. The wait time was a little excessive with my appointments, but where can you go where there not? The medical sytem is stressed. I have gone to other medical practices in the area and they were horrible.

This is one of the worst endocrinology offices I've ever been to. They can't even write prescriptions when asked and considering there is no cure to type 1 diabetes, I'm not sure why you'd withhold lifesaving medications ? Made calls back to back to back day after day and it takes weeks for them to get back to you or even acknowledge your request. Theres no professionalism in the way the doctor handles things. Here it's all about the money and not the patient

Appointment scheduling is horrific. Can't get medical documentation from the portal And they're late 100% of the time. The first appointment is at 8. The staff start at 8 so they're never ready to actually take you at your appointment time. Another time they were over 45 minutes late. I told them they could've called me to let me know they were running that late, I could've stayed home longer with my tiny toddler. Then ONE time I was late and they wanted to get on me about policy. Are you serious? Yall have never been on time, ever. No exaggeration. We only go for Dr picket. But if she leaves, so will we. This place is utter trash. Edit to add: we're looking for a new pediatrician. They're 30 minutes ate for an 830am appointment. And the office is raggedy. Almost indicative of the care they provide.

Don't expect anything good from the receptionists, they'll stare at you till you greet them and tell them why ur there. No sense of urgency or care to actually help a patient navigate their care. Absolutely repulsed by the nasty attitudes.

My experience scheduling appointment was breeze and I was skeptical by the past reviews with appointments but I believe they have improved and was able to get me appointment in no time. I agree it's bit challenging to navigate their menu of options but I would say the people who took my call was easy and helpful. Definitely improvement was noticed with regards to making appointments.
