This office NEVER answers their phone. After literally weeks of trying on and off Iwas forced to drive my mom to thier office to set up an appointment. The staff always seems to be lost. I don't understand why they don't answer the phone is 90% of the time the lobby is empty. Today I walk in to a dark lobby, lights off and no one in the front desk. After I say "hello" the MA yelled from the back to wait. I tried to set up an appointment was told thier front computer was not working, this happens a lot too. My mom is 70 years old she shouldn't have to be walking into a dark lobby nor having to get a ride because the staff won't answer the phone. As far as the Dr. he is a good Dr. but during the visits he makes you feel rushed. This is the 5th time we have to drive here to speak with someone and set an appointment. After this visit I will be helping my mom change to a different provider.
