I wish I could give zero stars. This is the worst office I've ever dealt with. The receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional--calls are either ignored, placed on hold for over 30 minutes, or abruptly disconnected. On the rare occasion someone answers, the attitude is unacceptable. I've spent two weeks trying to set an appointment and I'm done. If Dr. Singh is a good professional, unfortunately, many of us will never find out because of how poorly the front office is managed. Save yourself the frustration and find another doctor.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Lady at the front desk is EXTREMELY rude and sounds sleepy the 20 times I tried making an appointment. Lastly, they did not give me an appointment and gave me so many excuses! I agree, Dr should pay more attention at who she has working there answering phones! HORRIBLE! Do not trust this medical office and the staff. I was able to get one name from front desk, Jezelle - she was the rudest! I had my authorization ready at hand and not even with that could these people give me ONE appointment.

I tried four times to contact this doctor to make an appointment today. The receptionist answered the phone and placed me on hold for 10 minutes without ever answering. I called back two more times and was disconnected. The fourth time my call went to a voicemail box. This happened at 10 am today, not during lunch. What is going on over there? They have the worse reviews online. I can see why.

Been trying to schedule an appointment for two weeks and the voicemail just answers or the lady would answer you in a rude way and tells you to hold and than hangs up on you. Never had to deal with this situation before.
