Complete Care Community Health Center

I had a wonderful experience at this community health center. From the moment I arrived, everything felt organized, calm, and efficient. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the process smooth and stress-free. I was assisted by Araceli Perales, PA, who was absolutely amazing. She took the time to listen carefully, explained everything clearly, and made me feel genuinely cared for. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out. Even though I had to drive quite a bit to get there, it was completely worth it. I'll definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent care and service.

Celeste the front desk girl, needs to be fired. This young lady is very rude, I tired booking an appointment and I understand she is busy she kept saying I will get to you in a moment, puts me on hold for 20 minutes and again does the same thing. I finally get ahold of her and she doesn't even apologize and says how can I help you, I start explaining to her and I admit I was very altered and maybe because my voice is loud, she says yeah NO and hangs the phone up very very unprofessional Please get other people to answer

I've received care at several clinics in the area, and this location of CCCHC stands out. The providers are attentive without being rushed, and the environment is calm and organized.
