They lost my dad!! My dad has dementia and when my mom took him in they told her she couldn't stay with him. She asked if they were going to keep him there and watch him, they said yes to go back at a certain time to pick him up. My mom thinking they would watch him as they said they would, left. Until she got a call saying they couldn't find him. They didn't call or want to call the police at first. They finally did and luckily the police was able to find my dad safe but about 3 miles away!! He is 78 and with dementia, majority of the time even by looking at him you can tell he is disoriented and they acted like it wasn't their fault. Just absolutely unforgivable!
My mother went to this facility for a stress test though no one bothered to give her ANY of the prep information. A short appointment turned into hours. When she told the staff no one told her of the prep information they simply responded "Oh we don't make mistakes." No wonder they have 1 star
