Our General Practitioner Doctor retired and we needed to find a new GP Doctor for me & my husband. We are so happy to have found Dr. Saito. He really listens to you and your concerns and addresses them and actually explains things. During our first appointment we found him to be very thorough. He is patient and follows thru when you have other concerns later on. He also explains things very well in a calm manner. We highly recommend Dr Steven Saito.

Dr. Saito is wonderful. He is compassionate, thorough, and has wonderful bedside manner. He always answers our questions and is so patient. We really appreciate him as new parents, and he always puts our minds at ease. He's a wonderful doctor and I highly recommend him.

I really appreciate Dr. Saito! I think he truly cares about his patients, and he is very knowledgeble and amiable. The first time met Dr. Saito for annual health check, he was thorough asking all questions and listened carefully. I raised concerns about my glucose level being unstable and shared my gestational diabete history, then he went beyond to prescribe continuous glucouse monitor, and even suggesting me go to Costco pharmacy to save some money. And last time when I had a lasting severe back pain, I sent a message in SutterHealth app hoping to get some idea on what to do, what I didn't expect was that I got calls from his assistant very quickly the same day, raised concerns and asked me to go for an immediate check at the hospital, as it could be caused by heart problem. Fortunately it wasn't, but that showed me how much he indeed cares about his patients.

After searching for what felt like forever, I finally found an amazing family doctor in Dr. Saito. He actually takes the time to listen to what I'm worried about and gives suggestions based on my own health goals and how I live my life. He comes up with fresh, forward-thinking ways to keep me feeling great. I'm glad to have him as my go-to doctor for the long haul.

Dr. Saito is a very competent and compassionate doctor with great interpersonal skills. I have found him to be very professional, detail-oriented, efficient, and someone who listens and with true empathy. He has always made me feel that he is conscientious and cares profoundly about my health interests. He plans things out in advance and always joins our meetings well-versed on my health/medical history and ready to recommend ways to improve my health. He is proactive about making sure I'm up to date with the latest technologies and always gives me enough time to discuss any questions or concerns I might have.
