Check in response time improved. I used to stand and wait for a check in staff but no one ever assist you or acknowledge you when you arrive. Wait time to be called also greatly improved, didn't have to wait over 15 minutes. In room, waiting time was also fast, Dr. Reed came in shortly after my stats was done and EKG. And Dr. Reed is awesome, he listens, not hurried, and shows he cares by acknowledging your health concerns. I highly recommend Foothill Cardiology. Thank you!

It's always easy to rate an appointment that goes as smoothly as the one I experienced during this past week. The waiting time was minimal. The preliminary interviews were on target and efficiently handled. Dr. Bitar offered some suggestions regarding life-style habits and practices and scheduled the next appointment for six months hence. I was out the door and back to my usual routines in less than an hour. I'm positive that, had there been complications, they would have been dealt with as expeditiously as well. Heavy set young, Latina lady at the lobby is extremely rude to every patient that comes in for their appointments. She's rude and displays an arrogant demeanor and attitude towards everyone but to be honest, she is much ruder to the Asian patients.

I am extremely happy with my Dr, staff and facility. However, my last visit resulted in my waiting 45 minutes to see the Dr. I total understand things happen and I can be patient with speed bumps. But, I thought someone should be have said he was running late. A Curtesy I would have appreciated!!

Love my doctors, Hechanova & Duggirala. The front and back office staff are always professional and friendly. The office it's always clean and inviting and comfortable. The weight to see a doctor is usually short.
