Patient
I'm very disappointed. I had my treadmill test appt at 10:15am. I arrived exactly at 10:15am. 10:40am the patient who arrived before me was called in. Now, that is okay if no appointment is needed. His appointment was at 10:30 and mine 10:15. Should I be helped first since my appointment was at 10:15? I'm using my lunchbreak for this appointment. I was told It would be another 20-30 minutes before I'm helped. Really? I asked why was the 10:30 appt helped before my appt? and the answer was he arrived before you. If I would of known; I would of arrived at 9am before I go to work. I'm upset because now if I want my test I'll have to reschedule my appointment. I believe an appointment time slot should be honored and not skipped because the next appt arrived before me. Perhaps, I'm wrong but I don't think that's right.
