I'm surprised by the positive reviews of Dr. Champion's bedside manner. My 23-year-old daughter waited months for her appointment just to leave his office feeling dismissed, with no explanation, and in tears. Even if there wasn't a clear solution, kindness and compassion should have been the minimum. As a clinician, I know we don't always have solutions, but listening is always possible, and arrogance should never replace empathy.

Dr Champion was very kind and thorough. He remembered our visit from over 2yrs ago. This is for Mark, he's my Down syndrome little brother. I appreciate his warmth and not feeling like a passerby. Thank you Dr Champion and staffs!

Kate at the Costa Mesa location did my Heart Ultrasound with great care. Really loved her sweet demeanor and great patient service. This was my 1st time here Best Service ever! Dr Champion has excellent communication skills and wonderful bedside manner. This is an archaic expression , yet used well here ! I feel confident in him and plan on doing follow up as he instructed . His calm personality helps with the delivery of concerning issues!
