If possible, I would give them zero points. The reception is consistently rude, and they frequently miss appointment times, with delays averaging 30 minutes to an hour. They seem indifferent to their patients' needs. Overall, it's a very poor experience.

I'm disappointed in the other review. The building and office is old, yes, but it is a clean facility. The physician is kind and professional. The staff is very knowledgable. I've made this doctor my primary. If you walk in the building from Washburn St., go up the stairs, and as you're walking up, the suite is behind you.
How could you close for two weeks and not assign another doctor. My son was diagnosed with stage 3 lung cancer and is unable to get treatment without a referral from you. How dare you put my son's life in danger this way. What a terrible system.
Dissapointed! I took my son to get checked and our visit was 3 hours long. Waited so long for him to only last about 4 minutes checking my son. The office was very dirty and the rooms in the back were not any better. Even the building in which his office is at is pretty nasty and old.
