Doctor Moscoso was great and a very good listener, NOT in a hurry to get to the next patient...! But overall, the Inland Heart Doctor's office in which he works sucks...!

My PCP send a referral to this doctor office and it was approved on December 15. I called to schedule an appointment and I was told it's still under review by MD office . I again called on 01/23 and and still they told the same . I was constantly in follow up with multiple people like Maria, Austin, Mireya and I was told I will get a call back from them. Those were false promises. No call back received. My MD office even send a new referral and when I called on 01/26 for appointment , I was told by Maria that the soonest available is 02/28. I requested if I can get a sooner appointment as I am waiting since almost 2 months and dealing with condition. She was insensitive, rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and told me I will get a call back from Ana- manager. I shared my previous experience that I never get a call back from their office and she was not willing to understand and being disrespectful by constantly cutting off my words. Finally, she hang up on me. It's a curse to be referred to such a slow, insensitive and careless MD office who sits on a referral for months without working on it and instead of apologizing, gets disrespectful. The lady Maria should be fired right away as her insensitivity will not be helpful in healthcare arena. If scheduling an appointment itself is such a hassle, think how would these office treat their patients during service. I would never recommend this office to anyone who desires good service and care
