If you get assigned to this dr. Please please change it to anyone else .. unless you like waiting 45mins-1 hour to be seen. The front office staff is incompetent. All they see is $$$ and just try to cram people in and no care . I wonder if i came 45mins - 1 hour late would my appt be still honored or would it be cancelled . I fractured my foot and had to wait 1 week to see the dr to get the referral . Thank God it wasn't anything serious .. the older lady is the worse . Bad attitude and gets confused with who patients are . She confused my mother in law for another patient simply because they both wear hijabs. Fought with her for 30 mins claiming she didn't have an appt for my mother in law and i had their text and i told her who do you think she is and she got the wrong person. Dummy ! Please go anywhere but there .

Dr. Chen is awesome he care about his patients he listens to your concerns and he doesn't sugar coat he tells you just like it is. he's not one of those doctors that just rush you through. I first met Dr. Chen when I was hospitalized and he's been my Doctor every since and its been over 5 years and he's still awesome so is his staff.

Dr. Chen is AMAZING! He is a dying breed of Physician in that he TRULY cares for his patients. We have been fortunate enough to have him care for my daughter, after a life altering illness. He is constantly attentive to all the patients he sees at the sub acute she is currently residing in. We are thankful for Dr. Chen.

I took my dad to see doctor for my dad blood result. So we wait 2 hour 30 mint for nothing. Because doctor do nothing just walking back and forward in office. He try to take care other doctor patient not his patient. And I ask cannot u guy tell me my dad blood test is fine. They said don't know you have to talk to the doctor. That doctor I don't recommend for someone because they don't take good care patient.
