Dr. Hitesh C. Patel, MD

My mom is a patient for more than 13 years already. We are grateful for the care and medical services they provided to our mom. We love Dr. Patel who is very strict. That's why I told my mom to follow her doctors order to keep her healthy always. Lilian the PA is super nice. Always listening to mom's complaints and will give good medical advice. We love Mira, the office manager and all the medical assistants. Great job and thank you so much.

I had an appointment at this office and ended up waiting nearly two hours to see the doctor. When I asked the receptionist about the delay, I was told the doctor was under investigation and in a meeting, which explained the wait. The office itself feels more like a rundown urgent care. While the staff was polite, they seemed uninformed. I originally visited for referrals but was instead handed a doctor's note instructing me to find my own provider--something I could have done myself with my PPO. Since we just moved back to the state, I specifically sought a doctor for proper referrals. Additionally, I take a non-controlled prescription, as confirmed by both my pharmacy and the state of California, yet the office seemed unaware of this or had internal issues affecting their decision-making. Overall, the red flags at this location were enough for me to seek care elsewhere.

This medical office is scary!!! I made an appointment to talk to the doctor by telephone. They gave me a time that he would call. On the date of the appointment I did not receive a call. I called them again. They told me they called me two times for the appointment. It turns out that they were not calling my number. So they gave me another appointment. Again, they didn't call me. When I called back again I asked what number they had called. It turns out that they, again, were calling the wrong number. They told me that they would call me a third time. Never received a call. When I called back again it turns out that they, again, called the wrong number. I have been in severe pain and needed a referral to a specialist. No one even bothered to apologize. This office does not care about patients. The are more concerned about volume of patients and money. Run from this office. It's an absolute clown show.

Dr. Patel is a fresh of breath air. I will trade waiting a little longer to see him knowing that I will get the same attentive care when it's my turn. I know I will be listened to and be given thorough care instead of just being another name on a list. Love the ladies in the office too.

Dr Patel is the best doctor. He has gone above and beyond as our doctor. He was and is instrumental in saving my husband's life. I don't know what I would do without him. Because he takes his time with his patients during visits he does run behind sometimes. I would prefer waiting then having a doctor that runs in and out quickly.
