Yesterday Aug.18 I had an angiogram with Dr Suh. At 9:30 AM I attempted to call the office with a few questions before the procedure...I got a "2 callers in front of you" message then was on hold for 10 minutes. After the hold time it went to ring continually...no one picked up. This is unacceptable and could endanger patient health. Love Dr Benin and Dr Suh but the office staff must do better.
