I've been going to this Doctors office for 35 years and all my children been here since birth. The staff is friendly and most of the Doctors listen to your symptoms and order test to ensure you're re you're getting the best treatment.

Dr.Harry was very kind and explained everything to me to ensure I understood why he was giving me each medicine. He was very respectful and listened to how I was feeling. This is not done by most doctors. They generally interrupt halfway because they are in a hurry. The staff is kind as well.

Staff seemed pleasant enough, but office pace is that of a snail. Arrived early for appointment, waited outside to be screened for 10 minutes, only to get inside and wait for 30 minutes before someone bothered to call me up to get my insurance card. So after 40 minutes I still wasn't checked in. If time is important to you, find another doctor. Small community clinic that is busy and slow.

"Doctor" Paul Lopez refused to treat me or listen to my symptoms or past medical history. He was rude and aggressive to me and the staff. "Doctor" Paul Lopez raised his voice at me when i explained to him about the negative side effects of medication. He screamed at me at said that he couldn't help me and so I told him to write down on the chart that he refused to treat me and he said that he will write down that i refused treatment. He is basically willing to lie on a patient's chart. The nurse that witnessed this right away adviced me to file a complaint against "Doctor" Paul Lopez. All of the staff walk on eggshells around this "doctor". He also insisted on speaking only spanish. Also, he didn't see me in an exam room. He saw me inside his private office. That was a first and very strange experience. The office manager then saw me and tried to tell me that I refused treatment and I said NO, the doctor was neglectful of my symptoms and passed medical history and that's what I expect it to say in my chart. She then walked out of the office, frustrated. "Doctor" Paul Lopez can make anyone feel unsafe whenever their health is on their hands therefore should reconsider their career.

I have been to other hospitals around the area and no one's able to tell me what was wrong with me I finally found this place that was recommended colton clinic I found out I had lupus other diseases thanks to doctor SACHS. I srtongly recommend this place. It's a very busy place but these Staff take their time and they're very thorough and they listen to what you have to say and they take care of you..Darlene n Daisy n the rest of the staff very courteous helpful and humble. I thank God for this medical office.
