Eye doctor Jeffrey White

Dr white and his staff are so amazing!! They are so patient kind and caring, they made me feel like I have been a friend or patient for years and it was my first visit. I wish there were more doctors and people like this in the world.

Dr White is a great eye doctor. However, the receptionist needs to learn how to treat people better. She doesn't know what she is doing, lied to Dr. White about my interacting with her, stating I was irate, which I was not. Called to let me know glasses were ready, when I answered the phone she said, " How can I help you ?". I kept saying, " Hello", while she continued to ask others questions while I waited on the phone. Very unprofessional. Probably won't go back there after years of being a patient because of front office behavior.

Giving 5 starts due to the dr being amazing and VERY kind but his receptionist (didn't get her name) but has eye disability was extremely rude and made the atmosphere in the front unwelcoming

The receptionist was rude to my wife and daughter. While the doctor was kind and professional, the receptionist was rude. They need to get a new receptionist because that's the first impression that one gets!!

Dr. White was great and office staff was very nice and friendly. Thank you for a great experience.
