I called Doctor Jacoby's office today because I was stressed about not being able to get a Covid vaccine after I had an appointment for one with my insurance provider and had the backup plan of getting one at a nearby CVS. Receptionist Veronica saved the day. She knows how to deal with a stressed out senior. However, I would advise her not to tell other seniors to call and vent anytime they want. We seniors love to vent, and not all of us realize that most younger people, especially those who are working, are too busy to listen to our problems for twenty minutes. While I'm more respectful of everyone's time than the average senior, my vents tend to be more passionate, so I appreciated Veronica's gentle compassion this morning. She also offered help, finding a Rite-Aid that had some vaccine.
