Dr Teng has been my MD for over 16 years he is great his staff is fine sometimes there is a language barrier but it's okay I don't mind. Recently when I've gone in I've seen the PA she is also wonderful. Both are caring and helpful.

First of all Dr. Teng is GREAT. Been my PCP for forever and has been the most informative doctor I've ever had but recently his front desk associates needs better training on their phone etiquette. They are SO rude on the phone, literally do not understand what manners are or really have any. If you're reading this, lady, LEARN some etiquette and treat his patients a bit better. The other tip is that if you need a general check up, arrange it ahead of time. Any urgent matter, he may not have any availability. The receptionist(s) will not budge or give little effort to squeeze you in for any emergent issues.

My family has been going to Dr Teng for years and he has always been very good to all my family members! This office is very busy and sometimes there is definitely a wait but the nurses and Dr Teng does provide excellent service. Their phone line sometimes are busy for half an hour and I can't get through to make an appointment. The office is very clean and Dr Teng is a very nice and patient focused doctor. I have never seen him raise his voice or get upset, super patient in answering all your questions and give you what you need, especially referrals to specialty doctors. My aunt had an eye problem and she got referred to one of the best at USC University medical center. Note this office is currently not accepting new patients as I was trying to refer one of my friends but she was turned down.

office worker is very very lousy, I made an appointment on 06/24/2023 for 07/24/2023 ( a month early)(I have a hand writing appointment card)but received a call on 07/18/2023 saying that my name is not on 07/24 appointment list, and want me to make another one without apology.. omg , what ddddd
