I wonder if Dr.D.J. Spak works at this facility. He is one of the best DR. I had back here on the east coast. I missed his service. If you have him as a DR. you are for a good treat, And I know you are in good hands.

Nurses are very kind and caring but I have far less positive things to say about dr sanchez. He's stern and straightforward but very callus and quite honestly rude. This is the first time in decades that I've encountered a dr like him and would warn others. Maybe the other drs there are better but I was disheartened by my experience with that particular dr

Not really a good center. Doctors mainly are getting their residence at this place. Lack of communication from obe center to another. Used to be a 10minute grace period and now it is a 7 grace period tardiness. When calling at the phone line to explain a tardiness due to any situation or to make a change or cancellation 5 minutes before the appointement they do not send anything to the doctors. Supposedly they send. Who knows who is lying, the worker or the someone else. This lady here save their jobs by covering certain things they do wrong, I have seen it and I have been victim of their covering and if you point that out they treat you coldly and who knows what they write at a patient description. Certain nurses are nice, however, the level of communication, the level of integrety, the level of profesionalism at phone or at clinic is very questionable. I do not know who is the one monitoring this workers, well, thank to this center, I have missed good doctors who I do not know that have move somewhere else and need to find places that I can accomodate my schedule to their schedule since there is no options and the long wait for a medical diagnosis it may take 3 to 9 months or even a year. I have no seen even the dentist since two years since I called for an appointment. How can they create more centers like this when their job ethics, workers and organizations keep doing the same thing everywhere. Bad...really, they know people needs doctors, that is the reason they get away with their no so good work ethics. No reccomending for a long run and if you get a chance to find clinics more suitable where the doctor or doctors are good at their job and workers work appropiately, do not change and stay in there unless you have no other options.

I made a complaint about Dr. Short as he had made inappropriate comments about my weight and how my physical appearance looked after giving birth. And unsolicited opinions. After that I never wanted to see him again. Unfortunately, I got booked with him last min for a birth control removal years later. In which all went horribly wrong. He started asking what other birth control I wanted, in which I replied none. He said so condoms? I said no I was planning on getting pregnant. I told him I'm relieved to get this nexplanon out as it has been causing lots of problems. He started to say well you should have gotten the IUD. I said no I did not like the idea of IUD. He then replied that it's the same thing as what I have in my arm except better. I replied nope not the same as IUD goes and stays in vagina/uterus. He started to numb my arm for mini procedure to remove my nexplanon. I told him I was hard to numb and he got the lidocaine and needle and just sharply jabbed my arm without warning and said "that's why you should have gotten the IUD" he was so fixated on my choice of birth control and couldn't stop talking about it. To top it all off he had no proper implements to take out my nexplanon. Then he started making comments in front of me to the nurse assistant saying how that implement got stuck last time in someone else's removal because it wasent the right one. Obviously that made me nervous! So I pulled away and said I'd wait for another day he then told me to lay bad down he wasent going to cut me just wanted to see something as he pressed the implement into my arm scaring me. I got up and said nope Do not touch me! I'm not doing this today or with you. I left a claim with the department there and of course they nodded said they understood blah blah blah they would file and follow up and nope they never did.
