I have been calling Dr. Gratianne's office to schedule an appt for over one month and no one answers the phone. I received a referral and it is very important to schedule my appt. It is unbelievable that no one can answer the phone at this office. I am very upset as my health is not being prioritized by no one. Every time I call I only hear music playing and no one answers.

Never answer the phone. Try to charge you for canceled appointments and even for appointments they missed. Schedule an EEG for us Saturday then their technician was "sick" so nobody was there. Wanted us to pay $50 for that and $50 for the follow up appt. tied to it when it was their fault. Also been over 2 months and they haven't authorized my grandfather's CT scan so we have to push back our appointment to who knows when. He's 81 and is confused and seeing things. Disgraceful

Sophia, the office manager told me she'd email me forms before I could make an appt. I politely called 3x to remind her, emailed twice and actually slipped a note through the door over the weekend with no results. I give up. I wonder how the doctor would feel about losing a new patient this way but I can't tell him because I CANT GET AN APPOINTMENT. :(
