I just called to make my first appointment. I was first speaking with the receptionist then DR Joel jumped on the call and we're both speaking to me at the same time. dr Joel was trying to introduce himself while the nurse was requesting information...I got overwhelmed. The nurse request the same information from me twice! I told her I already gave her my member ID number and she got upset and hung up.
Dr Juarez Uribe has been my Cardiologist since 1984. I had heart surgery, he has been by far the best doctor I ever had. He is a great physician and coach to my health.completely the best I ever had in the world.I give him 5 star.Ms Juana Espinoza
Dr Juarez has been the family Doctor of all the members of my family. He is very knowledgeable, professional and has a lot of experience. We are very blessed to have Dr Juarez as our Doctor.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Very unprofessional and rude. I had an appointment scheduled through a nurse practitioner from CVS and they said they had no record of it when I got there even though I was with the nurse when she called them and got confirmation of it. I wasted time rescheduling an appt with them. First the doctor was super rude and was asking about my medical history in the front of the office while THREE OTHER PATIENTS were in the room and the woman that works reception left other patient information out in the open where I could see it. Definitely violating HIPAA laws and will be reporting. As soon as I left I called to change my provider. Don't come here if you want all of your medical information to be known to other patients!!!!!
This doctor is great! Really takes time to listen to your complaints. Have been seeing him for many years now. He is very family oriented and therefore treats you like family as well. Highly recommend!
