Horrible staff. I had a scheduling conflict, and was told I would get a call to see if i can schedule again. I was never called. When I call, no one ever answers. And I left a voicemail stating this lack of communication and still nothing. The MAs suck, don't care and are flat out lazy there. Go to a different doctor.

I put a lot of trust into this place and they failed me. They lied to my face that all results are normal. No meds or anything for my high blood pressure. This is outrageous.

Super unprofessional. Impossible to get a hold of. When you call them you get a voice mail that the scheduler will call you within 2 business days. I left a voicemail with the scheduler and it took them over a month to get back to me and they told me I had to get another referral because they took so long. I get the referral and leave them another voicemail. It has been over 10 days. I follow up and the phone just rings, it's like no one cares over there

I need you to know that if you get sent here you need to find another doctor office. This is the most incompetent office you will ever visit. Like if you had to come here for surgery, let's pretend, you would literally have to write on every limb of your body "not this one." For years they would call my emergency contact's number who happens to be my father instead of me, the patient. They never corrected it in their system even though my dad would answer the phone and say "she's an adult she doesn't live here, don't call me" They just sent me the blood test results of someone else to my home in the mail. Definitely a violation of the law. Their referral coordinator is the most incompetent human being that roams this planet. I think she goes out of her way not to do her job. Everything she sends out to every specialist is wrong, every single time. I've been coming here on and off for 5 years. She's the worst. Even the referred doctors complain to me that she's the worst. The office itself is outdated, dark and gloomy. You can't even pay the copay online you have to mail them a check like we're back in the '90s. I have tried to complain to an office manager, they won't give me anyone's name or number in the Sharp app even though I know they're getting the messages. Run away! I beg you. For your health.

The cardiologist is great but the staff need to be replaced. I was prescribed meds- the staff sent the wrong prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy- then THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE when you call to correct the issues!
