This "Dr" needs to go all the way back to kindergarten! He diagnosed me with stage 4 liver disease & I went 9 months with terrible symptoms he couldn't cure. I finally got so sick I went to St Agnus & was seen immediately & given a bed within 15 minutes & admitted within a few hours. Severe Pancreatic infection & sepsis. I seen him at least once a month for those 9 months he never ran test after his initial diagnosis of stage 4 liver disease. Was always on his computer or answering phone calls while I was in the middle of a question or explaining something. Whenever I'd ask to be sent to a Specialist he'd refuse saying it wasn't needed. Horrible human being & a worse "Dr" his Staff are lazy & incompetent especially Lisa! Why he hasn't had his license revoked is because sick people don't have the time, energy or fight to report him to the California Medical Board! Tell the truth "Dr" you don't do a physical examination, you are always looking at your computer, or answering your phone, you refuse to send patients to specialist, you have patients come in monthly, in my opinion it's a money scheme because you sure as heck don't do much besides the above. BTW I wrote this review myself & didn't use chat gpt I hope you remember the patients you could've saved & their widows, small town, word gets around.

We came in to review my mother's test results from April/May -- tests that he ordered and that were already paid for. When I asked Dr. Pannu to go over the kidney and metabolic reports with us, he repeatedly refused. His only response was "take the copy and leave." I asked why we were never contacted about these results for four months, especially since he admitted her sugar levels were high. His answers kept changing. First he said the clinic "doesn't call anyone," then he claimed he had "already reviewed the results" with my mother -- which never happened. When I asked for the date of that supposed review, he could not give one and instead told us to "go." A doctor refusing to review test results he ordered, contradicting himself, failing to notify us of abnormal findings, and then dismissing us from the visit is absolutely unprofessional and unsafe. We have the entire interaction on video, and we will be reporting this to: The State Medical Board The Department of Health Our Insurance Provider for refusal to provide services billed Any applicable health oversight agencies Patients deserve proper follow-up, respect, and transparency -- not to be dismissed when asking for a simple explanation of their own medical results.

NEVER go here, dont know how this individual got a license to practice. New to town, obviously wasnt feeling good. Went in for help, so called "doctor" checked my heartbeat, hardly looked up from his clipboard, was told I was fine and ended up with a $200 bill in less than 10 minutes.. never felt better, went to my GP a couple days letter who gave me medication that resolves things and advised me to NEVER go near that place again. It is negligent and malpractice to pretend to be a professional and then charge people for doing nothing.

I went to this clinic a few years ago and liked Linda. I have had many skin cancers and asked Dr. Pannu for a referral to a Dermatologist. He said I didn't need one as skin cancer grows slowly. I went back to the clinic over a year ago and saw Lisa Baker. The one year plus I saw her not once did she order blood work. I quit going there as I was unhappy that things I needed I never got a referral. I kept asking for an eye appointment and a new walker. Lisa walked me to the staff up front and was griping that she saw over a 100 patients, not my problem. I need to be seen by an eye doctor. I quit going there as it was rude and very unprofessional of Lisa to do what she did. My new doctor, which is kind, courteous and professional ran a battery of tests. I found out I am diabetic and have some problems with my liver (no, I don't drink). Thank you Lisa for not requesting lab work. The office staff would always say it's your insurance. HA HA! It's you not doing your job. I have referrals for several tests and it was done within a week. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC THEY DON'T CARE FOR YOU!
