Rude, horrible staff manager Steven retracted a prescription they half way filled 3 days ago. I had to get the pharmacy and Steve the "manager" on the phone to complete the questions the pharmacy had so they could fill the medicine. Steven got butt hurt we had to switch primary and retracted the medication before the pharmacy could fill it in that same phone call. He Claimed he was the only manager and I couldn't talk with any one else. However there was another manager joy she was rude as well talked over me. Definitely calling the joint commission and labor board on this office. My husband is in pain because of them. Don't waste your time they only care about money. Not what's best the patience. Got extremely upset when I said I'm calling the insurance to tell them not to pay them for the office visit 3 days ago.
