Dr. Benny J. Guzman, MD

Our family shares a deep sense of gratitude for Dr Guzman, Claudia, Neddie & office staff. Our immediate and extended families have been under his care for over 20 years. Finding a Spanish speaking doctor is/was essential for my aging parents. When my father was diagnosed with Dementia and Parkinson's, Dr Guzman not only guided us through medical decisions that needed to be in place, but also with legal matters. We feel fortunate to know that we can count on Dr Guzman, Claudia and Neddie to continue taking care of our medical needs.

Are you kidding me??? You don't accept debit or credit card at your office?? This is not a legit doctor's office. I've never heard of a doctor who refuses to see their patients AND threatens to cancel their appointment if they don't pay cash for the copay. I wouldn't be surprised if the doctors did not know this is happening at their front desk. But that doesn't exactly reflect well on their business practices if they don't know how to manage their receptionists and office manager.

So Fustrating to make an appointment, by the time I see the doctor or nurses i will feel better . Example if I feel sick for stomach pain today in hopes to get an appointment next week , im told I won't be able to see the doctor til the end of the month Seriously come on , looks like I'll be searching for a new doctor

Gave me an appointment all of way in Fontana, when I live in Chino Hills just to find out on the day of the appointment that they made a mistake and that Dr. Guzman doesn't even work at that clinic no more. Called the Chino Hills office and the lady who answer the phone was extremely rude. I told her I deserve at least an apology for making me drive all of way there waist my time and money and she said it was my fault for not calling them to verified the appointment after me getting 3 emails confirming it. Extremely unprofessional.
