The nurse that prepped me for the procedure was very nice. The two technicians that did the actual procedure were very professional and very nice as well. I like how they talk you through the procedure and explain things to you. I'm looking forward to my follow up appointment. Thank you
I had a wonderful experience at Vascular Heart . The receptionist and nursing staff especially there is nurse by the name of Madeeha were amazing, providing excellent customer service. They were kind, professional, and welcoming. The facility is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. If you're looking for great care, I highly recommend visiting. Plus, Chico is a beautiful city with a great atmosphere!"
I would love to leave a 5 star review but....the front office is so rude! The doctors are amazing and friendly. But the first impression is made as you walk in a place and these ladies have no customer service skills. It has been the same thing every time I have been there, so we can't say that it's just a bad day. I have been to this office at least 6 times. They never answer the phone or respond to voicemail messages and they never call with an appointment reminder. When I asked for them to check my insurance to see if a procedure was covered they didn't even want to call the insurance company, I had to be persistent and it was covered just as I thought.
I'm amazed, I use to lay in bed at night in such horrible pain , my legs was killing me, the doc here in town told me it restless leg syndrome , then I went and saw another doctor and they refered me to this place , thank God he did.. the staff there are wonderful, and help me so much , kaylyn the vascular tech. Made me feel very comfortable , and so relaxed that , I almost fell asleep .. I do recommend this place ... I only wish I knew about them sooner, ... They do excellent work , and extremely good at what they do,,... Thank goodness , they are the best,,..
