One of the front office ladies were very unprofessional. I needed paperwork filled out. The provider just needed to sign one signature. She said the Dr. was on vacation, even though the doctor was currently performing the procedure for my dad. Once I told her this she changed her answer of why the doctor could not just sign his signature. She took the paperwork and said the new HR lady will fill it out and fax it but that because she's new she probably wouldn't have it by the end of the week. I gave her the paperwork and asked for the HR lady's email to follow up, because I needed the paperwork today, if not by the end of week for work. She said she would not give me an email to follow up. After I explained to her I need to follow up on this email because I need to stay updated on it she just said she won't give an email and to just call the office. The whole encounter was just very unprofessional start to finish, it seems as if no policy or procedures were actually intact, and I do not come to this office just to receive a run around. 0/10 stars and I would not ever recommend this place to anyone.
