Despite their advertisement, they don't accept a PPO patient. They just called and literally said "you need to find a new doctor because we don't accept a PPO patient anymore". Front desks receptionists could definitely be friendlier and more informative.

I heard this place was predatory with their charges but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. They insisted I schedule an in person follow up appointment. I asked if could just receive my lab results separately because my friends are doctors. They said I am not allowed to since I am a new patient. I asked multiple times if the second visit is covered and part of my annual exam and they said yes. After I left they called me saying I owe them a $20 copay. Turns out because the doctor mentioned I have slightly high cholesterol from my lab results they are charging me as a primary care visit. That was literally the only note i got during the in person meeting. I did not bring up any symptoms on my own and the doctor was just reading me my results which I didn't need him to do anyways. Also they said they would be billing my insurance for the follow up visit since the comment about cholesterol make this a primary care visit. They even said if my results were normal they would not charge me. This is extremely deceptive and predatory. I also noticed in my first visit they tried to charge a copay to an old lady but her guardian said she was on medi-cal and to check again. They backed off once they realized but that is how greedy this office is. The nurse and doctor seemed nice and honestly I dont mind paying $20 but I will never return to this place for being deceptive. yeogi bangmunhaji maseyo. sinroehal su eobsneun gosibnida

The doctor is always helpful HOWEVER the front desk staff member specifically one with the big glasses is so rude and obnoxious. Also if you do not speak Korean well or at all forget about it because the moment they notice they look and talk to you very differently. If it wasn't for the front desk people i feel like I would have had a better experience.

I would give out negative star if I could. WORST customer service!!! I've been going here for about 5 years. Customer service used to be okay back then but it's getting worse and worse over time. Doctor is fine but the front desk staffs act like they are privileged. Also, this place is all about money! Last visit was for my annual check-up but they charged my insurance for two different services which I had to pay out-of-pocket. I called the insurance and they told me to ask the provider to re-submit the claim so I asked front desk staff to fix this and re-submit to my insurance but they would not do it saying that the doctor had to do "extra" diagnosis (just asking few questions which they would typically do during routine check-up). So disappointed at their attitude... I'm NEVER ever going back again!!!
