I have never written a bad review before but the frustration from this doctor's office is overwhelming. The girl I talked to has no regard for patients. This doctor's office doesn't know what they're doing. My son saw the PA last Monday because he needed medications for his illness. A week later and medications are still not ready. Michelle (person I spoke to at the doctor's office) said she didn't know she had to do a prior authorization for the medications. Really?! Then she says she won't be able to get to it for another 2 days! And this was after I told her that the medications are a necessity for my son's illness! Wow! Even if the doctor is good, if the staff members have no idea what they're doing then what's the point?!!

Dr. Badar is a great doctor with great bedside care! He is very thorough, knowledgeable and understanding. The clinic is forward thinking, and they've remodeled this location a few times already to expand and have a better environment to give care. The staff are also all well mannered and polite. Unfortunately for patients, at times it is busy and you may have to wait but Dr. Badar has now recently hired a nurse practitioner to cover areas where he is unable to due to lack of time, so this has greatly decreased any wait time if you come during their 'peak hours'. It also allows for the clinic to remain open even if Dr. Badar is away on conferences etc. The nurse practitioner also follows after Dr. Badar and his great bedside care, therefore if you happen to get either one of them depending who is available at the time you can still be assured that you will still receive the best care.

Doctor Badar has been my moms primary care physician for a few years now. I have absolutely no complaints. He is very patient calming and he is considerate to my moms needs. My mom diabetic doctor didn't prescribed the right insulin for my Mom and Doctor Badar right away prescribed the. Ore t one and my Moms AC1 went down to 6. There's a lot more I can say about this Doctors excellence and professionalism as well as caring for his patients but I would have to write a lot more. There's very few Doctors like Doctor Badar. I also want to mention his staff specially Christine very Professional, Compassionate understanding and reliable. Any time I call for medication or just any of my mothers needs, she helps us right away.

Dr. Badar has been my doctor and my family for years and we are very pleased with his treatments. He is very calming and patient. His staff is very professional and nice. We always get a nice welcome.
