TERRIBLE service. I decided to ignore all the negative reviews but this is the one time I should have took heed to the red flags. I will never visit this location again even if my life depended on it!! Go elsewhere if you can !!! Terrible Dr & terrible staff! I should have known because my initial visit was over the phone and I couldn't explain my reasoning why my Dr. referred me. I was cut off and rushed off the phone. If you looking for a place that respects patients, have decent customer service skills, some sort of empathy or compassion look elsewhere. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !

I arrived at my appointment 10 minutes Carly to complete paperwork. I was left in a room for an hour waiting to see the doctor and the office closed for lunch while I was waiting. Everyone went to eat and when I sought info about when I would be seen, the employees were annoyed. This experience was completely disrespectful of my time. I took off work to attend. On top of everything else, there was a sign on the bathroom saying it was out of order. Very bad first impression

This place is awful, stay far way. Appointments are done over the phone and they don't communicate with the each other at all. Literal nightmare! Stay far away!!! I will be filing a grievance with my insurance company bc of what they have done to me. Don't go here!

My very first visit and the office itself is nice and clean. Staff are very friendly. Dr is awesome she knows her job and shows she cares and takes pride in her work. I would definitely recommend this Dr to family and friends or just anybody.

Please call back when left a message. I really like this doctor. But I even had to walk in to make an appointment. And I never get called back when I leave a message.
