The people with this practice and my doctor were fantastic. I had two major goals. 1. To get a general cardiologist in California (from PA) 2. To get a clearance exam for an extremely important knee operation - Total Knee Revision at UC-SF. They were fantastic getting both of these goals accomplished. My Cardiologist, Dr. Suzanne Oskouie, was fantastic. She was very attentive, intelligent, and receptive to my many issues. The staff worked tremendously hard to make sure that I got all of my exams and visits accomplished so that I can get into my surgery smoothly. Other cardiologists' practices were not nearly as helpful. Further, they have an extensive staff of general cardiologists and a long list of more specialized cardiologists. When you go to them, they take your record, send it to their "triage committee", and match you up with the correct type of Cardiologist. They also make sure that you get all of your visits, tests, and procedures done in a timely fashion, in the event that you have other medical issues, depending on their quick work

It is a state of the art medical group.I got excellent care and concern about mt health. Hospitals are like a five star hotels.Most parkings are free or wit ha very very affordable prices. You won't go wrong on this medical group. They all have a GREAT HEART. I promise.

They are extremely rude and don't care about you as a person. I have called back for two weeks trying to get an appointment. I was told it takes 3-5 business days for a referral to be processed then on the 5th day they tell me it takes 5-7 business days. Every time I have called they seem bothered to even answer the phone. You know patients are calling over their HEART and you would think you would have a little bit of compassion? I wouldn't mind waiting and I know things don't happen overnight but I have never dealt with such a lack of empathy. MIND YOU this was just to get me scheduled for an appointment.

The ABSOLUTE WORST DOCTOR'S office I've ever had the unfortunate experience of having to visit. They could care if I live or die. I was told by one person to save my breath when I called...she knows it's difficult for me to breathe. I was a little late for an appointment so I called to alert them but they canceled my appointment instead and wanted to schedule me ONE MONTH later. I wound up in the emergency room because of it. Do yourself a favor and PICK ANY OTHER CARDIOLOGY OFFICE especially if you're sick. These MDs could care and members of their staff are horribly rude and cold.
