I was encouraged at the attention to detail in my somewhat complicated case. I was also impressed with the efficiency with which they handled follow up care and outpatient referral and guidance after discharge. The staff, while obviously being able to see how busy they were, maintained their professional professionalism and non-judgmental attitudes. Especially a particular CNA I wish I had her name. Pretty good job this time around for me pretty good job the previous visit as well on a different floor. Thank you.

I have gone to this hospital for myself and my family for 20+ years. I have personally been treated with kindness professionalism and respect. While I rate this off the fact that I entered with an asthma attack. Vitals checked in 15 minutes. Triage within 15 minutes of that and medication to assist in breathing in 30 min. I would like to note the doctor nurse and staff were phenomenal. It was a very busy time of year. I have seen the changes made over the years and while everyone has room to grow it think you are doing very well with the constraints the holiday season brings and amazing for me. I CAN BREATHE.

My stay at Mercy San Juan went above and beyond my expectations. The Nursing staff made me feel like a valued Patient. Shout out to Nurse Peter and Nurse Avi This Old Army Veteran appreciates everyone who had a hand in my treatment

About 2 years ago, I was hospitalized there in there stroke center, after a fentanyl overdose..... I don't remember anything from my 2 months of being there......but my family has talked very highly of the staff who took care of me....... They were very supportive , helpful, and informative........ I don't know any of the nurses who helped with me, but I would love it if I could contact them to thank them tremendously for their amazing service....... I was one level above a vegetable, and I couldn't walk or talk for a few months after my hospitalization but I've beaten all the odds and I can do both of those things again .......great hospital and I'm so thankful for all there hard work and dedication for there patients :))!!!

Hi, My PPO insurance allows me to go to any provider and because I've established care with a Dignity Health cardiologist and primary care doctor, it's easier if I visit the emergency room located off of Coyle so that they can access my records easily. In November I did have to visit Sutter emergency department due to the proximity of my work. I would seriously encourage Dignity Health to expand their waiting room in the emergency department. I feel there was a lot of confusion as to where we were to go and where we were allowed to sit and it was super cold because of the doors being left open. This time of year there's got to be a lot of people visiting for flu and cold reasons. My visit was for chest pain when breathing. I was initially seeing fairly quickly and I believe once the EKG showed no heart attack the normal course of tests were ordered. I believe I arrived at around 11:00 and did not leave until around 6:00. I'm not complaining about the amount of time that I had to stay there. It was a busy day and I understand that a lot of people use the ER as their regular doctor, I just feel that the space is not adequate.
