I took a family member to see Dr. Stauber. He really listened to the patients concerns and immediately fixed medication doses and added new medication with a plan to follow up and change the plan as needed based on the patients progress. He did not seem rushed, we felt like we had the appropriate time to ask our questions and he gave us all the information we needed. He also shows the human kindness that Dignity Health promotes by just being a nice human being with both his patients and other team members that he works with. When doctors and other patient care team members have a good working relationship it makes such a difference in patient care. Also, in this office both women, one from the front desk area who led me to the back to my family member, and the woman making our follow up appointment we very nice and professional and just pleasant people to deal with. Thank you so much for the excellent care my family member received!!

Please really re-consider ever visiting here. If you have a heart issue you better off going to ER. I tried for over 30 days to get a appointment to be seen. I really do not believe it is the Doctors fault. It is the support staff at fault here for the bad review. Two times I was told that I would receive a call back. One of those time they claim it was because of the referral. I know it was sent three times but the person that handles the referrals named Heather is horrible about following up. Finally found a Dr office that actually cares enough to set an appointment and follow up with a confirmation. Hope they read this and evaluate their staff and educate them on how to give better service

I wanted to let the office mgr know how well I was treated today but I kept calling at the wrong times (lunch and after hrs). Today was my first visit and I was greeted by the receptionist (Amber I think was her name). She was so pleasant and welcoming. The MA who brought me to the exam room was Anthony. He was also very warm and welcoming. I was terrified about this visit due to the seriousness of the illness that brought me here. Anthony did my vitals, EKG etc and just made me feel comfortable. In walks Dr Stauber who was so kind, considerate and spoke to me in a manner which was easy to understand. He was so considerate and offered suggestions in addition to a treatment plan. He didn't just shoot things at me he asked me if I felt ok with what we discussed. Most people tend to write reviews when they're angry but when things go as well as today, you have to recognize them.
Thank you all and keep it up! Even the lady at the check out desk was very nice and helpful. Sorry I didn't get her name.

They cancelled my elderly father's appointment because he didn't have a referral, even though he has a PPO and didn't need a referral. They admitted this when I called back but told me "too late now." So they made a new appointment. Then they moved that appointment because of some office scheduling problem. Found out today that they moved it into oblivion; they have no record of him. "Oh well," they said, "we can schedule him for August." EXCUSE ME, he was referred to you by the EMERGENCY ROOM a month ago, this is the THIRD TIME IN A ROW you completely dropped the ball. If my dad dies because of your atrocious office management, there will be consequences.

Rushed my father to Mercy San Juan on June 29 with severe chest and torso pain. Did chest XRays and CT scans and found fluid around his heart and lungs and abnormal EKGs. Instructed him to immediately see Dr Bradley Stauber in cardiology and no later than 7 days. Called Dr Stauner, and they didn't have any appts until 7/15, so we made that. 2nd visit to ER on 7/6, and they instructed my father to immediately see the cardiologist. He said he had an appt for the 15th.
Cardiologist cancels our appt and reschedules for 7/21 due to office mix-up. Then on 7/20, they cancel his 7/21 appt and leave him a message that they are rescheduling it for 8/3. Dad is very upset and worried about his heart. I call the office to see if there is anyway they can move his appt up, and inform them of the urgency the ER wanted him to be seen. Office staff tells me "we don't have any appts on file for your father."
WAIT WHAT!?!? you have cancelled on him twice and now you lost his latest appt!?!?
Needless to say we are now searching for a new cardiologist that actually cares about patients and understands the urgency of heart related issues. My father is besides himself with frustration and fear, which I'm pretty sure is not good for his heart.
