The people who work here, both the staff and the doctor, are the most rude, asinine, and inconsiderate medical professionals I've ever encountered. My wife has spent literally dozens of hours on the phone with them trying to explain to them how to do their own job, because they are ill-informed about insurance, pre-authorizations, and the like. Even representatives from our insurance company were baffled when we relayed to them what the staff here had told us. Not to mention they have literally hung up on us multiple times, after telling us condescendingly that they "are very busy". Further, the doctor himself was extremely rude on multiple occasions, insulting my wife, telling her that all of her illnesses are because she eats too much. Shaarawy's practice is an embarrassment to the entire medical profession, and I would recommend it to no one under any circumstances.

Exceptional experience with Dr. Shaarawy. Staff was great. I arrived about 10 minutes before my appointment time. I was given some medical forms to fill out and when I was done with those I was escorted inside to get my vitals. Dr. Shaarawy came in shortly thereafter and started my visit. He was easy to talk with, and put me at ease by thoroughly explaining the issue I was seeing him for. I did not feel like he was in a rush to dash out and go see the next patient like I have experienced with other doctors. Looking forward to establishing a doctor-patient relationship with him.

Dr Sharaway is kind, a great listener, very compassionate, responsible, respectful, loving, caring, attention oriented Dr. I would recommend anyone to come here for non emergency medical needs. Dr. Sharaway is reasonable and busy, set an appointment ahead of time, he will help. I've been going to him for 10 years and I refuse to see another Dr. I would vote for Dr Sharaway as most compassionate Dr of the year every year.

Dr Rami Shaarawy, is a fabulous doctor and so compassionate. I have never had a doctor that is so thorough and referrals to excellent specialist. He is down-to-earth, compassionate, and so warm, you will immediately feel at ease. As we get older, it's hard to find a young doctor that is willing to listen, Dr. Shaarawy, he listens. I am so impressed with Dr. Shaarway. He is kind and thoughtful. As crazy and busy as doctors can get, he took time for me and listened to an old lady. I'm very grateful that he was the doctor caring for me at the hospital and making my having to go into physical rehab for a time, bearable. Thank you, Dr. Shaarway.
