Terrible customer service. I ordered EKG electrodes and they sent different ones from what I ordered. I had left a message with them last week, upon receiving the incorrect order, but they didn't send me the "return request" email that I requested. If they didn't acknowledge their mistake in writing, the window would have passed with American Express for me to complain, so I had to persist with Discount Cardiology, calling a few times over subsequent days, to try to get some sort of acknowledgment that they planned to work with me. It never came. The last time I called and spoke with a person there, the guy was so incredibly rude. He said he didn't have time to talk about it more because he had to go home. He didn't know that I knew it was still an hour before their closing time. Because of being blown off and treated so badly (when it was their mistake), I decided to complain to American Express. Well, that got Discount Cardiology's attention. They finally sent me the pre-paid shipping label, but then their manager asked me to remove the bad Yelp review if they refunded my money AND let me keep their electrodes. No thanks. I returned the electrodes anyway, and I left the Yelp review up. And also added a Google review.
