Going to Dr.Albaugh's office is a refreshing experience. What I mean by that is from the moment you walk in, your are greeted with a smile. Once seated in the waiting room, there is little to no wait time (unlike many other physicians' offices). The nursing staff and technicians are pleasant to work with, and the doctor has a welcoming demeanor that expresses his caring nature, understanding and compassion while addressing your concerns about your condition(s). Would highly recommend!

Dr. Quirk took the time to explain everything that my procedures would include. She honestly cares for her patient's wellness. I trust her judgements and plans. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of her specific type of care.

I do not recommend this practice at all. Very rude and unprofessional and have zero concern or value for the patient's time.
I called them on July 18, 2025 to schedule an appointment. I was speaking with Jesus Acevedo at scheduling, who was very polite and helpful. My new patient intake was done by phone and an appointment was scheduled. For the sake of saving time and being able to provide this office everything in advance, I received the new patient packet from Jesus by email, had it fully typed up, signed and emailed it back to this office. I also included a copy of my Blue Shield insurance card and my driver license. An email was sent to me confirming receipt.
I also provided this offer with a signed Release of Records Authorization Form so that they can have access to my medical records. My doctor's office also faxed them all of my medical records to ensure they have them in their possession. I received a confirmation from this office that they were all received.
On the day of my scheduled appointment, I received a call from this office stating they need to reschedule my appointment because the doctor was not in. I agreed to have it rescheduled and the new appointment was scheduled for September 26th @ 10:15 AM in their Camarillo office, located at: 3901 Las Posas Road, Suite 16, Camarillo, CA 93010.
Despite the fact that all of my records were sent to them weeks ahead of my appointment, I showed up to my appointment a few minutes before the scheduled time and was greeted by Pearl. She charged my credit card $65.00 for the copay (copies attached). She also confirmed that they had everything on file and nothing was needed from me.
After sitting in the front waiting area for about 40 minutes and seeing all of the other patients go in, I asked how much longer it would be because it's been quite a while and I had to go back to work. The response was: "We are waiting for the ultrasound room to become available." I stated that I was not there for an ultrasound and they seemed completely confused.
I kept waiting but was not seen. Not that it makes any difference to this office or the doctor, but I am very limited with time and my time is very valuable. After an hour, I asked again and was told I could reschedule. I drove from Westlake Village and it took me over 30 minutes in traffic each way, so rescheduling was not an option, especially because I was waiting there so long for nothing.
I asked to speak to the doctor or an office manager about this, but no one seemed to care nor take the time to apologize or offer any explanation. I had to ask them to finally issue a refund back to my credit card.
It is a real shame and completely unacceptable for a doctor's office to treat patients this way and have no respect for them, especially being that the appointment was set up two months in advance and it was long enough of a wait.
The rudeness and unprofessionalism is just appalling.

My visit with Dr. Gregory Albaugh was incredibly informative.
Even though my appointment was late afternoon, Dr. Gregory Albaugh took the time to explain everything to me in depth.
Dr. Gregory Albaugh explained the possible issue with treatment and testing to further investigate my issue for an accurate assessment.
I left with a sense of security that I am in competent hands, and my treatment will be timely and thorough.
Thank you to all the staff at Coastal Vascular Center. You are all amazingly efficient and very kind.
I would highly recommend this Center 5 stars!!
