If I could I wouldn't even give 1 star. Office looks like you stepped back into 1950s. The medical table looked like they just had lunch on it while taking my vitals. After 3 hours of waiting and getting charged my deductible... I had to walk out. Those mismatched uncomfortable chairs that someone donated it felt like, were horrible. Would not stop by here ever. They can keep the deductible as a donation for a new chair.
Worst service, they tend to forget about patients and if you ask one of the girls at the front desk when will they call you they ignore you. Waiting time is over 3 hrs. They also have roaches in the waiting room. Very outdated office to.
The service is ok...but they really need a upgrade...the office looks like 1970s
Terrible service and very unprofessional. The receptionist and medical assistants do not know what they are doing. The front desk girls are very rude and dont give the correct information. I would not recommend this medical office.
Terrible serviceemployees are not truthful with patients and they do not let the patients know when changes have been made to their care plan. They lie about having an office manager when in fact they do not have an office manager.
