I recently switched my primary care physician to Dr. Chi and am incredibly glad I made the change. From my very first appointment, it was clear that she is a deeply caring and patient professional. She took the time to listen thoroughly to my concerns and health history without ever making me feel rushed. Her responsiveness is fast; she consistently provides quick replies to my questions via the patient portal. Furthermore, the health suggestions and advice she has given me have been insightful and genuinely helpful for managing my well-being. I highly recommend Dr. Chi to anyone looking for a primary care provider who is both knowledgeable and compassionate. She has exceeded all my expectations for patient care.

I changed insurance plan and selected Dr. Chi as my new PCP. I am very happy that I made this change and selection. Dr. Chi is thorough in discussing with me and checking through my prior history and records to understand my health situation. She is knowledgeable and listens well to my questions/concerns, and provides responses and information that are clear and easy to understand. I also feel comfortable with and appreciate her health and wellness suggestions. Additionally, Dr. Chi's office staff is professional and pleasant. I was seen on time for the two visits I attended so far, which is great.
