Have had a good experience and Dr Baird is great. Always have had reasonably prompt service and easy time getting an appointment

This review has no reflection on Dr. Baird. She's wonderful. Sadly the practice has horrible policies for sick kid visits. They only have a few openings at the end of the day. If you aren't one of the first callers when they open, they will direct you to urgent care or a virtual visit. After waiting on hold for more than 20 minutes with two sick kids and being told a second day in a row, they could not be seen. I'm leaving the practice. Feels like they prioritize the steady income from well visits over urgent need.

The demeanor of the front staff is not professional, and they are clearly not happy. I am lucky to get a same day appt if my child is sick. Attempting to book an annual exam it booked out months. I plan to move to another practice who has better appointment availability, customer service. Carbon Health or One medical is on my list. Dr Baird was our child's doctor, and her services are in no way reflected in this review. Her care when we could be seen was always pleasant. The practice needs training on customer support, call center staffing and appt avablaibluty7, they never seem to be apologetic that slots are not open for children to be seen.

While the pediatricians are great, the place consistently makes you wait for 45+ minutes before the Dr. shows up. Although they will call you to ensure you're not 1 minute late. In summary, the patients time is absolutely not respected (sample size > 10)

This review is not a reflection of our doctors who have been excellent. This is mainly for the reception desk that seems to constantly put you on hold. I've called thrice in the last week and been on hold for more than 5-10 mins and I find it unacceptable. Dr Tan is our primary care doctor, he's got a calm and pleasing demeanor and we appreciate that he did not make the visit feel rushed and patiently heard out and answered our questions. We have had a great experience with other doctors who attended to my baby in his absence as well and the nursing staff seems really responsive, proactive and helpful!
