I want to leave a review for Dr. Ferris and the other physicians working in her office because it's years later that I'm realizing the quality of the service I was provided. I had multiple visits with Dr. Ferris and a PA in her office (named Elaine, I can't remember her last name) where I tried to get to the bottom of an issue w/ abdominal pain I was having that many doctors in the past could not figure out. In my first visit, Dr. Ferris spent probably 1.5 hours with me asking me a long series of questions, leaving the room (likely to think about what it could be) and came back with great recommendations. She asked me hard questions and I gave her honest answers and she created a space where I could feel completely comfortable telling her anything even though it was my first visit. Since leaving the area, I've had some very negative experiences with doctors across California and I'm now realizing the quality of service that I got in the Bay Area w/ Dr. Ferris and Elaine was not the norm. Thank you both for being incredible doctors and women !!
