Dr. Dalal is the best doctor I have ever met. She performed an ingrown toenail removal procedure, and it was completely painless. I truly enjoyed her company throughout the process--she is incredibly professional and attentive.
Additionally, the front-desk receptionist, Jessica, is very kind and welcoming. I appreciate both of them so much. Highly recommend!

The office staff doesn't care about the patients' health. They know nothing!!! My primary doctor referred me to endocrinology. It's been many months, and they haven't been able to process my insurance authorization. They say my insurance doesn't work, (my insurance is working) they said that the doctor didn't make the referral (the doctor did the referral). They called me once to say the authorization was ready and that it would arrive in the mail in 7 days; it never arrived. When I called again, they told me there was no referral, but the doctor's assistant has called me to ask if I'm already being treated by an endocrinologist. I don't understand. I called my insurance and they said they didn't get anything from this office. And now they say I'm not a patient there!! It's incredible how they play with people's health. Lakeside should have a more professional staff who actually want to work. Isn't it possible that I call the office on Tuesday around 4pm and the person who answers tells me they don't know how the call came in because they're supposed to be off duty? They don't know what they're doing! Someone called me once to say that I need to go to the endocardiologist and I told her that my heart is working well and I didn't know that kind of specialist existed. Another time someone called me to say that my A1C is so high and that is not true!!! My A1C is 5.1

Getting older and trying to keep fit has many challenges. One of the largest is injuries while training. This is how I came to see Dr. Lee. I have been having pain on my joint of my longest toe next to my big toe.
I called Dr. Jennifer Lee's office and they were able to schedule me within a week. I went in the see Dr. Lee and she is a pleasant and nice as could be. She took her time and answered all my questions. I had to schedule Xray's then MRI's. Jenny (on the right side of my picture) helped my get my autoionization within a couple of days. Thank you, Jenny!
I have to go get my MRI's. Lakeside and Dr. Lee's office staff have been wonderful to deal with. Yes, even with my foot pain.

After doing physical therapy at two other offices with no results, I didn't have much hope for another. Boy, was I wrong! Lakeside is the best physical therapy I've ever had where I actually saw results. I appreciated how knowledgeable the physical therapists were and their genuine care to help me get back on my feet. I especially had great experiences with the physical therapists Molly, Christina and Matthew. The staff is very friendly and professional.

This place is a joke.
1st issue- came in for a PX. DR. gave me a basic ENT and abdomen check. 5 min tops. Never had such a short PX in my life.
2nd issue- asked Dr for an RX. He gave me a physical copy. Turns out the Dr had to send the RX himself. Simple enought right.....well...I had to call back the office..spoke to someone about the issue, and then message the Dr 2 times before i got a 3 word reply.
Turns out...instead of using the EMR/ EHR to submit the RX electronically, they MAILED THE RX VIA POST OFFICE!!!!??? LMAO so hard in frustration.
Wow! Even faxing over the RX or emailing the RX would have been better!
Incompetence at its best here.
Post Dr visit 8 days and I am still without my RX.
