I have always had a very good experience here. Dr. Ace is knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. I've never waited past my appointment time, which is rare at a lot of offices. They have never pressured me into getting any vaccinations/medications, or any random medical procedures. I feel like they really don't care about the money, or try to bill your insurance for no reason. Love that each room has cross above the door. Thank you all!

This Dr only want make money from you , you have to wait almost 2 hour until he come for few minutes to see you and when you ask him questions he has mad manner and no listen to you he like to send you for many unnecessary test just make money

When I moved to Orange County California in 1997 I became a patient of Dr. Jose Caceres. At that time I was feeling very fatigued from working a very stressful job but after treatment from Dr. Caceres I felt better almost immediately. He treated my medical issues as well as my spiritual ones. I am very grateful for his care. Currently Ace Alvarez is my nurse practitioner. He's a very superior and knowledgeable medical person. He always has the time to discuss my medical care in detail. I feel wonderful and healthy. I follow my medical routine daily and take my medication as prescribed. I'm never rushed and I've always been seen on time. I never have to wait for service. Dr. Caceres, Ace Alvarez and their entire staff are truly "life savers" because they care about their patients. I would like to thank all of them for their attention and their caring attitude towards their patients.

Dr caceres is sone you can trust, you feel welcome every Doctor here is very professional, plus they care for you health listening to you worries, and do they best !! I'm so bless having best doctor in Orange County . Spanish speaking are welcome

Don't come in as a walk-in. Even if the Dr himself tells you too. You will wait for ever and be lied too by the staff promising your next. While others go in and out because they have appointments. It was very inconsiderate for the Dr. to ask to come in when the wait is 3 hours plus. Over booked for walk ins that's for sure! And his consultation did not help my situation. He told me to go the ER because he had to many patients for him to see me. What a peace of work!!! I no longer trust Dr. Caceres. Hope my consultation help pay for your house! And no Dr I will not waist your time with my health issues like you told me. Not like the 3 and half hours you had me waiting.
