Dr. Lucero is one of the best doctors I've ever worked with. He's incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to really explain things. Five years ago, I was metabolically unhealthy -- high glucose, lipids, blood pressure, and over 100 pounds overweight. Every other doctor gave me the same canned advice: "eat healthy and exercise." Dr. Lucero went far beyond that. He created a personalized plan that detailed what foods to focus on, how to balance macronutrients, and what types and frequency of exercise would work best for me. He's always patient, approachable, and genuinely cares about helping me continue to improve. Thanks to him, I've gone from sick, to "not sick" to truly healthy -- and I'm still getting better every year. I can't recommend him highly enough!
