Quit telling your patients they have to wear masks when your staff doesn't follow the health care guidelines. It's like this every time I come in here.

If there were the option of zero stars, I would have clicked that. I wouldn't recommend Lucero to any one. You need to pack a lunch, the waiting time is extremely long. You could have an appointment time at 8am and chances are you wont be seen til after 12. The "nurses" who work the front desk, in my opinion, should all be fired. They are very rude, unprofessional and shows no compassion towards patients.Waiting for any referrals is a joke, I've been waiting on one for almost 2 years now. When I talk to the people up front, I always get "We sent it in, just waiting on a response." The doctor is always complaining about insurance and that he doesn't get paid enough.

I give a 5 star to Dr. Kenneth Lucero great dr he listens to you and makes sure he meets all your needs. But as far as the staff i felt they were rude. Especially at the front window. I watched a Staff Memeber look down on a patient while i was at the office yesterday i would assume because of the way he looked. (Gentleman looked homeless.) I called today 10 times and twice i got hung up on before i could even talk to anybody. So with that being said i like the Dr a lot but he has a very rude and lazy staff. Pretty sad when the Dr calls you on a Sunday and states he has to pick up the slack because his staff doesn't do there job. My response was then why are they working for you.

Very compassionate, will spend the time with you that you need. Referals for services not offered in the office are handled quickly. The staff are friendly and caring. Among 'many' other things, took a very large, ugly mole off my bi-cep and you (or me, ha!) can't see any type of scar or mark. Way to go Doc!!

I've been going to dr. Lucero for a long time , he takes the time to listen to you he is very caring and funny. All the staff go above and beyond to take care of business. You go girls. Girl power. Love you all. Take care.
