Similar to other comments here, I felt that Dr. Su showed very little care or concern. He came across very cold and seemed as though he did not want to be there. Doctors should demonstrate a certain level of care and compassion especially in an in person visit. I do not recommend him and I will be looking for a new primary care physician in the future.

In my experience, Dr. Su was condescending and judgmental during my appointments. I felt like my concerns weren't fully heard, and I didn't feel involved in my treatment plan. There was an error in my height measurement, which made me question his attention to detail. Additionally, I believe there may have been inaccuracies in my medical records that could affect future care. If you want a doctor who listens and treats you with respect, I recommend looking elsewhere.

Seriously the worst doctor. I had an appointment with him and he had such lack of interest in our appointment. Our call lasted 5 minutes and he said like 2 words. Whole time it looked like he did not want to be there. Like many other reviews hes nice at first but then gets super rude and uninterested after. Don't waste your time. It's hard finding a doctor that actually cares about you nowadays.

This was my first visit establishing Dr. Su as my Primary Care Physician. He was wonderful. He was caring and took his time talking as well as listening to me. Glad he was selected as my PCP!

I am happy and lucky to have Dr. Su, Alex as my primary care doctor. He is a caring, patient, and dedicated doctor, who loves his job and treats his patients with respect. I highly recommend him.
